Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your desired items and size, and click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make modifications.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days. Expedited shipping takes 2–5 business days. Express shipping takes 1–2 business days. Please note that processing time of 1–3 business days applies before shipment.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. The minimum order amount for free shipping is displayed at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on the carrier's website to track your package in real time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
We sincerely apologize! Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our size chart before purchasing. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
How should I care for my yoga wear?
To extend the life of your yoga apparel, we recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle, avoiding fabric softeners, and air drying. Do not tumble dry or iron.
Are your products sustainable?
