Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
